FAMARS Abbiatico & Salvinelli Model Tribute 12 Gauge Droplock produced in 1991 with 26" chopper lump barrels with swamp rib and brass front bead. 2 3/4" chambers with five Briley chokes; Cyl, Cyl, IC, M, F. Bores as new measuring .724 on the right and .726 on the left. Scalloped back French Silver reciever with bushed strikers and non-selective single trigger. Westley Richards style droplock action. 40% coverage very fine scroll engraving by Dassa and signed. Stocked in beautiful Turkish Walnut with excellent color and contrast. 14 1/2 LOP from rear position single trigger to checkered butt. DAC-1 5/8" DAH-2 3/4" 6lb 11 oz Neutral cast.
This is a breathtaking piece in near new condition with the very slightest of handling marks. It does not appear that it was ever hunted. It is cased in its factory leather case with trade label. Original factory paper work in a leather pouch. Abbiatico & Salvinelli closed their doors in 2012. From 1967-2012 they manufactured only about 100 guns per year and truly were one of the worlds finest gunmakers.
