Roth Steyr Model 1907 in 8mm Roth Steyr. This pistol was adopted by the Austro-Hungarian Army in 1907 and was the first semi-automatic pistol adopted by the land army of a major power. Total production was approximately 99,000 units. This piece exhibits vert strong rifling with slight corrosion in the grooves. A very shootable bore. Grips in very good condition. Bluing appears to be original and at 97% with slight speckling. Marked "Waffenfabrik Steyr" on the barrel rib. A very nice piece of militaria.
