Bores are excellent measuring .408 on the right and .409 on the left. Choked .016 [IM] on the right and .002 [Sk1] on the left. Barrels retain 99% blue. Reciever and trigger guard retain 99% plum blue and may be reblued. Double triggers. Straight grip stock with exhibition buttstock figure. 14 1/8" LOP to a hard plastic buttplate. DAC-1 3/8" DAH-1 1/2" Beavertail forend also nicely figured. Stock finish and checkering remain at 95% with scattered handling marks. No cracks or repairs. 6lb 6oz
The Skeeter was made from 1931-1943. This one remains tight and on face. Barrels ring with a pronounced chime. It comes to the shoulder with ease. It has great curb appeal. A real sweetie!
