Erhardt Mauser .270 Custom $3995
Dennis Erhardt, Frontier Gun Shop, Helena, MT full custom .270 built on a Husqvarna HVA Mauser action with a 22" featherweight contour sightless barrel with a banded sling stud. Bore is excellent. The Husqvarna HVA is an excellent commercial small ring action. Custom features include a custom bolt handle and three position side swing safety. Topped with Leupold rings and bases. Stocked in English Walnut with 26 LPI point pattern checkering that wraps the forend and is over the top on the grip. Skeleton grip cap with checkered center, shadow line pancake cheekpiece, and ebony forend tip. LOP is 13 1/2" to a Biesen checkered steel buttplate. Weight is 7lb 6oz without scope.
Mr. Erhardt is a member of the American Custom Gunmakers Guild and known for the quality of his work. This gun is a fine example from his bench and remains in excellent condition with a few minor stock handling marks. Checkering and blue remains at 99%
